Re-imagining Public Services to Tackle Inequality was also intended to help participants start thinking about how to best intervene in their local systems.

Simple rules for system change include: fostering strong leadership; cultivating champions; developing networks and partnerships; learning from and building upon successful equity-related initiatives; and using continuous improvement processes.
