What Works Scotland research associate, James Henderson reflects on developments in discussed at the Health and Social Care Benchmarking Network’s national conference on 3 December 2015

The Health and Social Care Benchmarking Network’s (HSCBN) national conference on 3 December (2015) provided an opportunity to learn more about developments in health and social care integration.

Coinciding with the publication of Audit Scotland’s progress report on health and social care integration, the conference provided the opportunity to understand the challenges faced by those working in health and social care across Scotland.

The Scottish Government’s National Health and Wellbeing Outcomes include contributing towards reducing health inequalities. Collaborative action inquiry and research has the potential to provide practical spaces for this to take part.
